Facilitation- Belonging in Burnout: Building Inclusion in a World on Fire

$300.00

Participants will explore key topics like implicit bias, microaggressions, and the importance of pronouns, gaining a deeper understanding of how everyday actions can either contribute to or break down barriers to belonging. The training also covers fundamental concepts of queerness, sexual orientation, and gender diversity, emphasizing the power of inclusive language and intersectionality in creating safe and affirming spaces.

More than just awareness, this session focuses on action: equipping attendees with concrete strategies to support LGBTQIA+ individuals and challenge discrimination.

From listening with empathy to speaking up when it matters, participants will learn how to foster mental and emotional safety in political and community spaces. The goal will be to have participants leave with not just knowledge of allyship, but with a renewed commitment to living in a kinder and more inclusive world.

This facilitation can be completed in person, or over zoom.
