This assessment aims to identify critical gaps and strengths in social determinants of health—including access to housing, healthcare, mental health services, and food security—by combining data collection with inclusive community focus groups. The findings will serve as a vital tool to guide resource allocation, inform policy, and advocate for programs that directly support the well-being and equity of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the region.
